He is by a country mile the best prop in the world. The problem is he's read this in the press & he doesn't have a decent coach to bluntly explain to him he aint superman & he actually has to do shit occasionally to earn that title.
James Graham leaves him for dead.

I would not any prop other than Fifita but he has so much crap going on inside his big melon.

His mind is not on the job and he is getting easily frustrated. I think bringing his brother into the side could be a blessing in disguise.

At who's expense? We gift a reserve grader a game because his brother can't get his **** together? Crazy.

Absolutely. And so does Burgess when he plays up front. Woods is killing him at the moment because he keeps it simple and Matulino is just as talented but gets overlooked because he is at the warriors.

Sharp is not bellamy.

Vave is fat again

Melbourne won the comp when he was there. Players look better when the team wins.

If we were winning the comp right now even with a few players playing like ****, you wouldnt be as critical

Fifita's head is full of **** happening contract wise. He has to sort his contract out, let his manager sue the Bulldogs if he wants to (make them earn their fees) and concentrate on the footy at hand. This year is going to be hard enough for him as we don't really have a coach with the balls to tell him he is not as good as all the hype he has been reading. This is where Flanno was able to get in his head and guide him.

Still took the most hit ups and made the most meters out of any of our forwards
His commitment is there, I think he is trying to hard

Yea look he made some very strong runs (one of which almost got him to the line) but I still didn't appreciate his lax and laughing attitude to losing considering our season is almost down the gurglar
Plus his mistakes early in the game really hurt us. The guy is in his own bubble at the moment

I really have to disagree mate. Because of the freakish things he did last year we tend to over look the glaring weaknesses in his game. He is a great player, don't get me wrong, but he is far from a perfect 700k player.

Name the glaring weaknesses

James Graham leaves him for dead.

Stats say otherwise - not his fault he's playing for a **** team

And so is fifita. He is carrying a bit extra i reckon.

He is still looking fitter than the best, he's been head-****ed by what's happened, and he needs to learn his place in this world - but he is still (potentially) the best attacking prop I've ever seen in our colours

Easy. He doesn't always punch through thè advantage line and can get dominated even folded back in the tackle. His actual strength isn't direct running. He makes too many errors forcing offloads and his defence can be soft. Just a start old fella.

Not fair mate - you didn't adequately address anything past line 1 :)

If we were winning the comp.

We are not. And we are rock bottom. For many reasons.

Im referring to the vave talk. Wasnt much better at melbourne, but they won in 2012, blemishes are over looked.

Now we are in last these blemishes are more obvious because we look more and are more critical.

We need 4 or 5 big changes next week.

Holmes (if eligible) to 1.
Gordon
Wright (later ayshford)
Leutele
Feki
Carney
Fifita
Morris
Gibbs
Arona
Graham
Sopoaga

Heighno

It was great to see fifita having a laugh at the end of the game with the manly winger.
Do we really want this bloke with a gut. He has lost the plot and will be very hard to be a good player again.

Sad to say but that ain't much of a choice .
For a competitive first grade team, we got real bad centers

Yeah ....Nah
At the moment Fafita wouldn't be worth $500/season, far from it
In fact, am very surprised that he didn't approach this game with the "I'll Show Em" attitude to show us that he is worth every dollar he is hunting for!!
