Surely the fact he will have the opportunity to play with his brother and the fact the godfather of his son play for the club it will have some sway on him. He also will be enjoying the coast lifestyle as opposed to the west. I think we are more of a chance than we realise.

I agree. I believe he will stay.

Why do fans think a player has to live in the area of the team he's playing for? If he goes to Canterbury why can't he still live wherever he lives now?

@Cronulla_Sharks: Sharks Fans IT'S GAME DAY & you're in 4 a big surprise! Be at the game #itsfeedingtime via #upupcronulla #NRLCROGLD

A media ****storm is about to hit re the board being caught applying peptides to our playing group while taking taking turns in having group sex with Shane Flanagan in a corporate box??

Nah not surprised.

Josh morris lives in the shire doesnt he?

I dunno why people in sydney think cronulla-homebush or belmore or bankstown is so far. I know with traffic etc it can be a prick but i travel sometimes a 400k round trip in a day plus doing the work to do my job. Cronulla to bankstown would be great

I would normally agree that you make a good point about staying in an environment that is good and happy and settled.

However, I also think it's a good signal, that we are not currently a good spot.
We seemed to be last year. The team seemed very tight. The Flanno suspension maybe taking it's toll.
Of course the dogs have not been a happy club for a while now either.

I would be bitterly disappointed if we lost him, but if we do: If there's one sort of player that excels at this club, its forwards, we can turn an average forward into an excellent forward. There were stories floating around that Penrith want to cut Timmy Grant, pick him up a bit cheap and watch him excel here. Maybe sign a back as well would be nice.
