Got a bit of a negative response on here when I brought up the concept of getting David to the club but I understand the reasoning behind people's doubts.

Even if we got him and he didn't turn out to be anywhere near as good as his brother I think it would help us keep Andrew at the Sharks longer.

I'd be very happy to have him as a project player, if he could turn out even nearly as good as his brother he would be a good option coming off the bench.

An interesting article about identical twin athletes. It suggests that a difference in sporting success can come down to personalities: eg one may have a quick temper whilst the other has more of a relaxed nature.

Genetically though, they are born with the same physical goods and their bodies should react the same way to training, diet etc

We could always buy David Fifita and get Beau and Bryce to annoy him all the time to keep him angry

There is stuff going around Facebook saying we've signed his brother this morning. Can anyone confirm?

I agree. He's the in form prop of the nrl at the moment. Should be starting for nsw instead of playing from the bench. Oh well. GO QLD!

He's wasted on the bench. Honestly don't give two ****s about what nsw do. But I reckon he should start the match for us and nsw. Where is the logic in having the best front rower in the comp atm sit on the bench for the first 20 minutes of a game?

Well having him come off the bench has really helped him become one of the best props in the game. He comes on just as everyone else is starting to get tired and he explodes. Is perfect really.

NSW problem is they rotated Fifita and Gallen. I believe they both should of been on the field at the same time

I disagree with you and anyone who thinks like you. He's killing it off the bench.

They said in the call on Saturday night that he is averaging 200 meters a game since starting from the bench.

He was averaging half that when he was starting the game.

Lets hope we have the foresight to re-sign him early. We don't want other Snowden incident.

He has even said it himself, he likes coming from the bench because it gives him more hunger and more enthusiasm to get out there and rip into it

Don't panic, Fifita has never once said he's old school.
