Thought he was a standout in a well beaten side. Still plenty of energy, extremely tough to tackle and a mighty fend. All this after backing up from Origin

What a player, what a season

I didn't think Fifita was anything special tonight, I think you could tell he was still a bit sore from origin. Did a lot of crabbing tonight.

Imagine Fifita and Gal as our starting props. Imagine the push through the middle. Most on here don't agree with me and that is OK but we have a plethora of back rowers so its time for Gal to quit being selfish and team up with Fifita to be one of two awesome bookends for the next few years. Bugden and Leabeater led the Eels to premiership success in 1986. Different era and a different game now, but we have one who is a prop in Fifita and one who plays as a prop and kills it at origin level in Gallen. This is the right combination.

Everyone agrees with you. It's just common sense to put him in the front row, and actually utilize the best lock I the game instead of being wasted in a number 11 jersey.

You do realise gal going into the front row would mean heigno starting and lewis staying on the right edge...

I hope that your right. Maybe I misjudged those on here who like me, try to be positive when we lose and think about changes required without making massive changes. I and others on here have been criticised many times as soon as we mention Gallen as a prop. Maybe my feeling was brought about by those on here who tend to bag other supporters, as they dominate the forum with their 5000 posts about nothing.

I just hope the coach is listening to you and I.

I think he had a solid game. Did look a bit like a washing machine with all the hit and spins he did in a row near their try line.I think Toups took the ball up like a quick prop straight and hard could be an option with a pay cut
