Chad doesn't lack for confidence but only on occasion does he back it up - he talks about himself like some guru of the game but plays like a slower version of Scott Porter

THIS! he plays like slower version of scotty f...n porter! LOL:lmao:lmao

I hope Chad kills it for us, he really needs to with no SJ, Chad’s talking up a mean game prior to the season, based off his quotes, he’s not lacking confidence, just get out there Chad & back it up.

bang on target here! yeah ppl get annoyed by chad haters;

but he has stand up constantly as a 'so called "premiership winning half". all talk quite frankly and yes he gets quoted in a lead up - that get you fired up for the game. then he does not deliver and is always first choice picked.

I sincerely hope he does kill it for us, but been waiting a while now for it to happen. I'm sure when SJ has gone down before and other key players; Chadwick has come out with the big words, has splashes of commitment & leadership on field but doesn't deliver on the whole. he needs to step up, and not just a one off game here and there.

Well no, he was the halfback in a premiership winning team. Therefore is a premiership winning half, it not a matter of opinion.

He's first choice #7 because he's unfortunately best #7 we got right now.

Technically correct, but why does he have to have any self confidence? Surely when interviewed he should just say ‘nah I’m **** as aye’.

Just an up himself wanker being all happy with life and positive, not slitting his wrists over keyboard & podcast heros thoughts but preferring the opinion of coaches & fellow players.

Gal weighs in clarifying it's Fifita's knee not concerns about his defence that has him in reserve grade. Gal says he will likely play NRL this year but that there is no doubt he is outside the top 17... and side we ran out on weekend was minus two top 17 forwards.

Suggestion in article Fifi was barely making the second 17 in preseason

If he continues to not be in the first 17 it might encourage him to look towards medical retirement, if eligible like he said.

Not great for him or our cap.

Who cares what he is on, he earned that contract.
Just let him play out the next two years in reserve grade on near 10% of our cap and we can keep blaming other players/coach when we aren't as competitive as we'd like to be.

Also the cap doesn't matter and you shouldn't have higher expectations of higher paid players and lower expectations of lower paid players.

Also he is still worth it because of what he brings off the field.

I can’t see him playing on past this season, sad for him to go out this way, his mind wants to play on but his body is pulling up stumps.

Andrew has been linked with the Dragons, Hook has had a meeting with him, seeing he isn't playing first grade.

I'd hate for him to play for those clowns.

Thoughts?
