No governing sports body should play judge and jury. If they do, it means they now make the "laws", and that is very open to corruption. Meninga and the senior players from the team who support the Fifita decision would have thought otherwise if Fifita was a mate who played for Queensland. That's just a fact. It's an appalling case of corruption.
And if no one is allowed to visit that guy in jail, then we may as well hang him, because without support there is no way he'll come out any other than a hardened criminal, which he probably will anyway.
