Far out, I have been paying attention in my posts lately about the whole quite / quiet thing!!!

So...... What did people think about the match

Can I ask where it comes from? Like did you not used to know the difference?

I think Fifita is going to have to learn some basic prop stuff next year like running straight from time to time. He has a great fend and some great skills for a big man but his core prop work needs big improvements.

I saw him do a massive straight and hard hit up off a line drop out today, that shows me he can do the tough stuff well aswell as the more skillfull stuff.

It comes from me concentrating on what I am writing and just not even thinking about the different spelling at all.

Anyway it's funny with fifita as to how he should be used, if he is going to be a starting prop he is going to need to tone his' gameplay down

"It wasn't my choice to leave. The option was the Sharks, so I might as well take it. It's better than sitting on my arse at home."

I hope fifita doesn't come to the shire and do sweet fa for the next three years. That would be very disappointing.

The attitude worries me a little, but hopefully instead of doing sweet fa they decide to prove themselves instead.

In your head, rent free
i get where fafita is coming from, you have to remember
we were negotiating hard with him, and then the tigers took up his option for 2012
now he thinks he is going to be a tiger for the 2012 and he is told to **** off for a over rated second rower

i would be pissed off as well

i also think his comments were taken out of context, it was probably said in a way similar to "well,it happened suddenly, and the sharks offer was still there, so i either sign with the sharks, or sit at home on my arse... no brainer really"

but seeing how the media love us, i reckon they twisted it a little bit

Is there any reason to think he's off contract?

Or any reason to think that an unproven 19 year old prop is what we need or who the Club wants?

I have read on the West tigers forum that he is off contract a couple of times. (Hence why I asked if anyone had heard anything)

In regards to an unproven 19 year old. This kid is going to be a gun, prop is our weakest position, even if by us signing him now he will be ready probably by this time next year, not that bad an investment for mine! (he has already played a bit of FG), even if he isnt ready for fulltime FG until 2013 I would still want him)

(Do you not think he has potential to be a gun, or do you think its not worth investing a year or 2 ?)

to me, andrew clayton has more upside than groat

I hope we keep Clayton for sure.

But if we are letting go of Vave & Mannah, I would like more than 1 quality prop prospect.

Groat has had massive wraps on him for years, more rep honours than any of these guys including Clayton.

That is why I think he would be a good pickup.
