I mean much better from a leadership (lyall) point of view to get stuff back on track.
I'd Never question fifs playing ability without doubt he is a gun, but we have moved firward I think to a point we don't need to be held to ransom by players and their managers especially when they act up or go against the clubs wishes or policies.

What's more concerning to me is how that germ Rothfield knows the club wasn't informed of the boys playing in the knockout...

Agree. Theres still that ****wit in the boadroom feeding him our scraps.

Besides i dont think the club woulda denied him anyway. They are letting gallen box

IF we spend that money the right way.

Thats the key, a big name player leaving a club is only bad if he isnt replaced well.

Could buy a couple of solid props for his money, you could buy 1 and a centre. **** you could buy a young prop and a rep half back for the money he is on.
how is any of those scenarios going to improve our side? His stats are up there with the best props in the game except he has something no other prop has and that's X Factor. It really is beyond me how easily people would just let go of a player like Andrew.

All the good teams have a leader in the forwards. He is our leader and has proven it over the years that when gal isn't there he will just truck on all day continuely bending the line back at ease. He takes the hard hit ups and sets the platform up for the rest of the set.

You can have all the class you want in the halves and backs but with out the engine room you end up getting smoked when it matters. Look at the souths game. A weaken souths pack was all over us the first part of the game until he came on and in the cows semi he looked like the only forward who looked like they belong in big games like that. He took on their whole pack by himself and was the only one who was making metres.

Who can't replace players like Andrew. People have a ****ing sook because he drops the ball or he is out playing in a comp without telling the club. Big ****ing deal. When the guy plays he is a world class quality prop.

That's the problem with our club, From the top to the bottom is that people don't really seem to care about winning but have a ****ing sook about him doing this but not the fact he averaged 160m and over 4 tackle breaks a game and scored 7 tries

Give me a 'naughty' fifita over a 'good guy' Tim mannah any day of the week

I dont think i mentioned he wouldnt be a big loss. He would be. But with the cap space he takes up, we need him on the field as much as possible. Or should i say, able to attend as many games as possible.

Putting it simply, the **** just needs to pull his head in.

I dont care about what went on at the koori knockout its a nothing competition (no offence to anyone sensitive) and what happened on the field there, clearly stayed on the field. Unless you are buzz rothfield. Hes just gotta learn to put the Sharks first before he does any dumb ****.

His stats are great, but his errors are concerning. No doubt he puts in on the field. Thats all we can ask. But hes gotta learn to play the ball and not try to get a penalty every tackle. Hes doing nothing to earn referees respect either.

I think they mean will be in a much better position next year. Lets face it if Maloney played in the cowboys semi we would have had a kicking game, and it would have been much closer. Dominant forwards make life much easier for halves, but halves who can kick do the same in reverse.

I agree with a great many of your posts but not this one. We could replace Fifita with two top tier forwards who don't have rubbish in their game. We can now let the halves and the backline carry the attack.

Fifita's metres may look good on paper, but his pushed passed that clearly aren't on, absurd play the balls and constant milking needs to be taken into account. Given his off field discipline he is lining himself up to be fired. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see the guy get his **** together but I've seen it all before.

He does the work of 2 forwards on the field. I will never understand how some of you blokes don't seem to grasp that fact. He has the best work-rate in the game by far, and still breaks a ****-tonne of tackles and makes offloads. He's a douche though. But you don't have to like the guy to realise how good a player he is.

I never once said he was **** or doubted his ability. We just dont need another guy carrying on like a ****wit all the time. We already have jimbob

It sets a horrible culture when one of the highest paid at the club does whatever the hell he pleases.

We have a problem with Gal marching to his own drum but not Fifita? At least Gal gets permission for his extracurricular activities.
