Why was Tolman not in the squad of 19, wouldn't think Jesse C is ahead of him all of a sudden. Covid? Injury?

Our bench was very good on the night and made their tackles but not having Tolman hurt us a bit in the ruck as he's brilliant at slowing down the PTB and not getting pinged for it and brings that steady influence. That was a pretty frantic game

Even when he doesn't play we can count on a Gards' post haha.

There was no reason given. Could be that Fitz had planned for Talakai to be in the back row rotation and JC was the best replacement.

In hindsight though, having a guy on the bench who can play back row in a pinch (JC) helped out.

Hunt is an absolute weapon. Just needs to temper his emotions a bit.

Fifs is the one Tolman should replace.

Yeah I loves Fifs as much as the next bloke but I think Hunt adds the punch and impact over him atm.

Start Hunt still but Tolman as that bench forward over Fifita probably makes us stronger

I thought he was the big difference in the opening stages. A lot of impact running the ball.
