Sharks Forever's ratings for Sharks vs Eels (NRL Premiership, Round 4, 2010)

3 Points - Kade Snowden: Back to his best! Killed them in the first half. (9/10)
2 Points - Blake Ferguson: Awesome finishing made the difference in the game. The second try, with a big fend on Hindmarsh after a Pomeroy break will be a 2010 highlight. (8/10)
1 Point - Grant Millington: Game breaker. Threw the crucial offload to Barrett for Ferguson's first try when it looked like we would never score. (8/10)

- Albert Kelly: Another promising game. Dropped 2 bombs and would have dropped more if Parra had kept bombing him, but otherwise very safe at the back. Made an exciting break before getting tackled into touch. Certainly lights up the crowd, and has no fear at all on kick returns. (6/10)
- Taulima Tautai: Where has he been? Good solid game. (7/10)
- Ben Pomeroy: Very strong running and good handling. Set up the match-winner after picking up a loose ball. Great way to return to first grade. (8/10)
- Luke Covell: Sadly looks to have picked up a bad knee injury. Hope it is only temporary, and is not the last time we see him. (6/10)
- Trent Barrett: Great game. Put in his usual effort but this time everything worked. (8/10)
- Tim Smith: Impressive debut. Kicking game was spot-on, particularly the repeat set from a grubber. Threw a couple of bad passes but that should improve. Gave the team a huge boost of confidence. (8/10)
- John Morris: Got shifted to the centres after the Covell injury. Ran hard all night. (7/10)
- Luke Douglas: Had a shocker with handling in the first half, but mostly made up for it in the second. (6/10)
- Anthony Tupou: Was everywhere in the first half hour. Wish there were more 3-2-1 to go around. (8/10)
- Paul Gallen: Like Snowden, looks like he is back to form. Great game. (8/10)
- Adam Cuthbertson: Did not get on I believe.
- Josh Cordoba: Solid game. Ricky praised him after the game. (7/10)
- Paul Aiton: Had them on the back foot all night. (8/10)
- Siosaia Vave: Love his big hits. Radio commentators were very impressed by him. (8/10)

- Taulima Tautai: Great, should of been here all along! Huge fan of his at Eels.
- Ben Pomeroy: Stuff poms, keep it up.

- Grant Millington: Great tonight, handful for the defence!
- Anthony Tupou: Same as milo, I though Milo just out played Toops tonight though.

hitman124's ratings for Sharks vs Eels (NRL Premiership, Round 4, 2010)

3 Points - Paul Gallen: So many great runs and brutal tackles, back to his absoloute best, after tonight, must captain NSW.
2 Points - Kade Snowden: very, very VERY damaging, as good as fowards get in this game.
1 Point - Tim Smith: Created many attacking opportunities, even though by his own admission says he didnt play that well,I was more than happy with what I saw, took a very nasty hit to the jaw early in the game, which would have sidelined many players of less character, but he got straight back up and played his heart out, in attack and defence, doing so much work off the ball. Great effort.

- Albert Kelly: Not a fullback but his attacking prowess means he must be in the team somewhere. (7/10)
- Taulima Tautai: This guy is going to be one hell of a strong centre or winger. Must-have in the team. (7/10)

- Kade Snowden: Always a top performer. (8/10)

- Anthony Tupou: Needs to do more for the money he is on! (6/10)
- Josh Cordoba: Good, solid defensive game. (7/10)
- Paul Aiton: Explosive game, a real weapon in attack. Should get Morris' starting spot. (8/10)

Mark^Bastard's ratings for Sharks vs Eels (NRL Premiership, Round 4, 2010)

3 Points - Paul Gallen: With stats like that I'd like anyone to try and tell me this guy isn't the form back rower of our generation. A cut above the rest. (10/10)
2 Points - Blake Ferguson: Made himself look like the next Inglis. That fend on Hindmarsh will be on highlight reels. Great stuff Fergo! (8/10)
1 Point - Tim Smith: What a great debut! Great long range kicks and just gave our team the confidence and direction I haven't seen since Noddy. Made me feel like it was 2008 which was a great feeling. Welcome to the team Timmay! (7/10)

- Albert Kelly: The only good game I've seen him play this season. Looked sort of like Preston Campbell out there. Great effort. Still he hasn't looked better than Stapleton. No tries, no try assists. Can't give this guy too much because Gallen is at least twice as good as him. (5/10)
- Taulima Tautai: Impressive debut. Still not so sure about his running game. Such a long torso for a centre! Funny to look at but very solid performance. Well done! (5/10)
- Ben Pomeroy: Great hands, great running, great try assist. People often bag Pomeroy but overlook his good features. His good features were there tonight. Well done. (7/10)
- Luke Covell: Didn't really do much before getting injured. Sad way to go out but better than being dropped for not performing. Hope I see you at the Tumblegum pub some day mate!!! Legend. (4/10)
- Trent Barrett: Looks much better standing wide. I think he'll come into form when paired with Smith. Great try assist and some damaging runs. (6/10)
- Kade Snowden: Absolute unit. So happy to see Snowden putting in the hard work and showing how much of a cream puff Poore is. (8/10)
- John Morris: Had a great start and then showed how important he is as a utility by filling in when Covell was injured. Never under estimate how important this guy is to our team. (6/10)
- Luke Douglas: A few errors in the first half but never gave up. Another solid performance by the most solid player in the NRL. (7/10)
- Grant Millington: Really stood up tonight and had such a great performance he kept Cuthbertson off the field. Great! (8/10)
- Anthony Tupou: Still think he is under utilised but hopefully will be more damaging when we have confidence and are on a roll. (6/10)
- Adam Cuthbertson: Pretty sure he didn't even get a run. Not really through any fault of his own but I can't give him points for keeping a bench warm. (1/10)
- Josh Cordoba: I'm really happy with him as a bench prop. Does the job required. (6/10)
- Paul Aiton: Absolute blinder. Really coming into form. He is one of the players that will make people take the sharks seriously. (8/10)
- Siosaia Vave: Another great solid effort for a bench prop. Well done Vave. (6/10)

- John Morris: played well even when out on the wing (7/10)
- Luke Douglas: shocker of a first half but came back strong in the second (7/10)

Jaz's ratings for Sharks vs Eels (NRL Premiership, Round 4, 2010)

3 Points - Paul Gallen: THE man. All I can say. (10/10)
2 Points - Kade Snowden: Great, great game, very damaging runs. Newcastle will never tear him away from us. (9/10)
1 Point - Blake Ferguson: Finally got a chance to show us his speed and skill this year. (9/10)

- Taulima Tautai: Good solid debut. (7/10)
- Ben Pomeroy: Great game by Pom! Set up a try and no mistakes! Playing like he did in '08, lets hope he keeps it up - his form is a big influence on the team because on his day he is a great center and we all know what happens when he's not (8/10)
- Luke Covell: Poor, poor Cov. It seems the entire world has forgotten that he was the NRL top point scorer for '08, with some amazing tries aswell. A great clubman, wish him well. (6/10)
- Trent Barrett: A great game by Baz, obviously he gained a lot from having Smith there. I have been very critical of his first few games this season but tonight he was back in his propper place and did well. (8/10)
- Tim Smith: Great debut for the Sharkies - gave us direction and spark - was great to see him hitting the line and getting us a repeat set from a grubber. His conversion attempts were close considering the conditions, made all our players play better. (8/10)
- John Morris: Another great game, very solid. Some nice attacking footy and sound defence. (8/10)
- Luke Douglas: The first half was filled with uncharacter like mistakes! What's going on Douggie? Strong in the second half though. I guess one bad game from 102 isn't so bad (6/10)
- Grant Millington: Great game and a great offload to Barret to set up our first try! An actual smart offload, passing it to a player instead of just throwing the ball out wherever. (7/10)
- Anthony Tupou: The score I've given him is harsh but that's only because I judge him harder than other players - he has more potential and has to fulfil it. (6/10)
- Adam Cuthbertson: ? he played? (5/10)
- Josh Cordoba: Solid (6/10)
- Paul Aiton: Good attacking flair and get go (7/10)
- Siosaia Vave: Solid (6/10)
