This thread is an attempt to summarise the official (or credible) signings announcements/updates.
Note: it is difficult to categorise players into Top 30, Dev Deals, Full-time Squad etc. Some re-signings are also not announced by the club.
Where a link is given, it is to the last known contract.

Current NRL Squad members in experienced outside back Mawene Hiroti, half back Niwhai Puru, backrower Billy Burns, hooker Jayden Berrell, and young centre Chris Veaíla, have all signed one-year contract extensions that will keep them at the Cronulla club in 2025. All five players were members of the Newtown Jets NSW Cup Grand Final winning team against the North Sydney Bears.

The five will be a part of the Sharks full-time NRL squad, with training to resume in late November.

The Sharks can also confirm the signings of three local juniors named in the Australian Schoolboys team in Nikora Williams, Tom Dellow and Alex Challenor, the trio playing in recent matches against France and PNG. All three have signed until the end of the 2027 NRL Season.

In rounding out a busy period of re-signings and player retention, barnstorming prop Felix Faatili, integral to the success of the Jersey Flegg team in 2024, has also extended his contract with the Sharks until the end of 2026 and will join the senior NRL group during the upcoming pre-season.

Promising youngsters from the 2024 Sharks Harold Matthews team in Callum Grantham (signed until 2028), Oliver Lester (2027), Blake Whatman (2027), along with Jai Davies (2026) who played SG Ball last year before moving up into the Jersey Flegg team, have also signed multi-year contacts with the Cronulla club.
During the term of their contracts all will have the opportunity to train with the NRL squad for varying periods.

Sharks half Braydon Trindall has extended his time with the Cronulla club in putting pen to paper on a new long term contract.

Already signed on for 2025, with the three-year contract extension Trindall is now committed to the Sharks until the end of the 2028 season.

A mainstay of the Sharks pack over the past two seasons, prop Oregon Kaufusi has agreed to terms on a one-year contract and will remain at the Cronulla club in 2025.

While in more signing news, utility Hohepa Puru, twin brother of talented half/five-eighth Niwhai, joins the Sharks' full time NRL squad for the 2025 season.

New Zealand international Briton Nikora will remain in Sharks colours until at least the end of 2027 after extending his contract for a further two seasons.

Talented young fullback Liam Ison has committed to the Sharks until the end of 2027 after making his NRL debut and claiming NSW Cup glory in a meteoric rise this year.

Inspirational Sharks captain Cameron McInnes will continue to spearhead the club's pursuit of premierships after extending his contract until the end of 2026.

Continuing an exciting retention spree, the Sharks have locked down second-rower Teig Wilton on a new two-year deal until the end of 2027.

Powerhouse prop Tuku Hau Tapuha will remain at the Sharks until at least the end of 2026 after inking a one-year contract extension on Friday.

New Zealand international Ronaldo Mulitalo will remain a proud one-club man after signing a three-year extension with the Sharks.

Now contracted until the end of 2028
, the 25-year-old winger has played 110 NRL matches for Cronulla after starting out in the SG Ball ranks.

"I'm filled with emotions, super grateful," Mulitalo said. "For me and my family it's massive. Hopefully, I'll finish my career here as a Sharkie forever.

On the eve of a new season, international prop Oregon Kaufusi has pledged his long-term future to the Sharks by inking a two-year extension.

The five-time Samoa representative will remain a key part of the black, white and blue engine room until at least the end of 2027.

Towering prop Tom Hazelton has shown his loyalty to the Sharks by knocking back interest elsewhere to sign a new three-year contract.

Despite being pursued by a host of rival teams, Hazelton always wanted to stay at the club where he made his first-grade debut in 2022.

The 26-year-old will remain at Cronulla until at least the end of 2028, having played 45 matches in black, white and blue to date.

The Cronulla Sharks have retained two of their brightest young talents with Niwhai Puru and Chris Vea'ila signing one-year deals until the end of 2026.

Arguably the club's most improved player this season, second-rower Billy Burns has re-signed with the Sharks until at least the end of 2026.

A centre with blinding speed and a knack for scoring tries, Michael Gabrael has extended his contract with the Sharks until at least the end of 2027.

Try-scoring sensation Sam Stonestreet will continue his promising career at the Sharks after inking a one-year extension until the end of 2026.

The retention of the lightning-fast winger is coupled with the exciting news that up-and-coming centre Prestyn Laine-Sietu has re-signed through to 2028.

After enjoying an outstanding season, classy fullback Will Kennedy has re-signed with the Sharks until the end of 2026.

Kennedy, who made his NRL debut for Cronulla in 2019, polled 10th in Dally M Medal voting this year as he helped his team reach the preliminary finals.

The 28-year-old produced eight tries, 13 try assists, seven line breaks and averaged 149 metres while playing every minute in all 27 matches.
