True. Two Thursday nights at home in a row to start the season.

Not great timeslots for crowds this year. There's one Saturday 3:15pm vs the Titans, and a Saturday 1:45pm vs the Dragons (which may clash with NRL final). The other one is a Sunday 6:15pm
 
With the signing of Ashby I think we might see Biddle move into the second row this year for Holmes

The Sharks first NRLW game of the season is against Newcastle at Ocean Protect Stadium from 7:45pm on Thursday night.

Tiana Penitani Gray will miss the match through injury with Rhiannon Byers taking her place at centre.

Georgia Hannaway steps back into the 6 jersey to partner Chantay Kiria-Ratu in the halves.

Cowboys' recruits China Polata and Najvada George will both play their first games for the Sharks, while Rugby 7s convert Madison Ashby is all set to make her NRLW debut, named in jumper 14.
