Dragons chairman and CEO have scheduled a press conference this morning

Watching the Dragons atm, I just think thank **** that’s not us.

We’re so stable that we’re actually boring for the media. Stable squad, stable results, likeable coach.

Yet we have one loss and some people are begging for instability. The coach is ****, make this change, make that change.

I’ll take our position any day over the brothel that is the Dragons.

It'll be them again in a year or two. If they don't make some drastic head office changes.

Whatever you think of Flanno, he didn't deserve this.
 
I can’t imagine any decent coach wanting to go there right now. Even for Hornby, it’s a coach’s graveyard and the roster is pretty ordinary and the fan base is rabid. I guess someone like Brad Arthur might, but still feels like better opportunities would open up for him (like Cowboys).
 
I do think there is a good opportunity for the right person. Someone who can spot talent, develop good structure/ processes and bring belief.

They can be a strong club when they get up and going.
