One feels a bit ****. It’d be two if Chevy wasn’t chased away.
Maybe some Newcastle names we make them give us

Venasiotanagifetaua Patuki Case (Sydney Roosters)
Roosters always sign the big names.

This is an u18 team - so mostly 2005-born players. I feel like a lot of the Sharks gun juniors are one year either side of that - so either too old or more likely to get a shot next year. E.g. Catton, Tuigamala, McCarthy, Taukamo, Brailey, Riolo.

Joey Manu wins the golden boot.
Well deserved! We should be offering him a 1 mil deal to play fullback.

Also said this 2-3 years ago, manu will eventually become one of the best player in the world. Well there you have it!

What'd he do? NZ weren't very impressive.

Looked good while they were beating easy teams though

Just wants to hide at centre most of the season for 70% as much money + extras

He is good and despite his insane high running meters at fullback, I still don't think fullback is his position.
Depends on the team he’s in I guess. Canberra managed to have a pretty good team for a couple of years with CNK as their fullback. He’s a runner who does very little ball-playing. They just had other guys who can use the ball. Their second rowers were playing like 5/8’s sometimes.

This is true and I do value highly Kick Return Meters. But I would not spend 800k on Manu to play fullback. Or Centre. Even though I do rate him highly.
