Well, we should cut them some slack apparently. I read years ago that the NRL draw was supposedly the toughest to come up with.
Hence why teams play each other twice within a month, and so forth.

It would for sure be complicated as ****

Team preferences, media preferences, ground availability, turn arounds, juggling 16/17 teams (draft first 7 games for round to work only to find game 8 pits two teams against each other who already played twice)

Totally get that. Not easy at all. Yet, some of the imbalances remain rather mind boggling.
