not confident at all.

still think we will be running out the same team, nicho at the back trying to play his hand in too many things. losing Dale will hurt, fifita although his motivational presence is great, has not played first grade for a few games. our forwards will get monstered.

our mistakes and errors will creep back in;
our kicking game will be criticised.

talakai is getting targeted and teams have adjusted. too predictable.

The Titans spine have been disappointing this year and lacks experience, we will let them shine, unfortunately. Titans have faded a lot of the games I've seen them. not this Sunday.
Titans to kick up a gear and start to hit some form following a win over the sharks.

let me guess they have David Fifita back for this one??? not sure of his status injury - if he miraculously returns he will be destructive against and rip us a new one! and the media will go wild, and talk origin.

hope I'm wrong
I ain't Nostradamus :LOL::ROFLMAO:

We ain’t too 4 Unfortunately. I believed we were but after last week I think we are actually way off.

Broncos and Raiders had an umbrella style defence and we simply had no ****ing clue how to handle it.

We got a long long way to go.
Up the middle, inside passes, plenty of decoys, chip and chase, early kicks to the corners.

There's a few tips. Not rocket science is it.

I don't care by how much in this one. Just win.

Yep doesn't matter if it's ugly or unconvincing just get the 2 points, maybe a bit of confidence and motivation back and hold out till Kennedy is back (& Ramien)

Titans are like Warriors, sometimes they show up and decide they want to actually earn their paychecks and not be spuds. If they have more intent and desire than us on the day they are already half way to beating us. If we bring mistakes and poor discipline along with it we will likely lose.

Keep it tight though, even if we aren't super pumped up we can still scrape by with a win.

Thought we would have learnt from not having a plan B against the Broncs. Obviously not.
I still think that our problem is more mental. We need a sports psychologist before we play our bogey teams. Big European soccer teams like AC Milan swear by them.

I think Fitzy was holding out with Plan A cause that's what they have trained and built their attacking structures around and it was so impressively successful for the first 6 rounds or so. No doubt the time has come to adapt and try some other shapes and plays now though.

Raiders got a sports psychologist recently and look how much their attitude and performances have turned around very quickly

Unfortunately we are starting to build a bit of a resume of new bogey teams to replace the traditional ones but we beat the Titans as much as they beat us

We got a long long way to go.

And a lot of the season left to get there - chin up

We are 5th, alot of seasons we start slowly and prob not even 5th at this point of the season and go on a mid/late season run

We aren't the Doggies or Sea Eagles , it's the coaches first season, we are down on quality troops from injury and suspension. I think there's lots to be positive about this season and in the coming ones.

There's still a very good team there, just down on energy and need to come up with some new ideas.

We really need to add another prop to our squad for this year. I'd be contacting josh kerr and trying to get him across for this year and next.

Pretty sure Josh is good friends with a number of our players so maybe a chance

Pele, Hazelton or Calquhoun as forwards. Probably one of the bigger two.

I don't love moving people around to fix other positions.
Move arguably our best centre (available) to be a bench forward and bring in our 4th (at best) choice centre. I don't mind Ikuvalu in the backline, but not to break up the Talakai/Ronnie combo just to make jersey 17 better.
My heart says #17 goes to Jesse or The Nut, but my head says it will probably end up being Trindall, Hiroti or Ikuvalu.

Unfortunately I am assuming Trindall still in starting side. I did consider it could go to Hiroti or Ikuvalu instead, I think both would get considered above Calquhoun as he is a smaller forward. I think Pele or Hazleton could get selected though as Fitz def has shown some interest in all forward benches.

I've narrowed it down to those four as maybes and a couple others like Calquhoun as maybe maybes and someone like Trindall who might otherwise be in the starting side as maybe maybe maybes.

True. Fitz deserves at least until round 10 next year before he's pubilcally and humiliatingly executed. But we should totally do that if we're not winning games then
