80m race. One player each from the ISC. Just need this to be a thing in the NRL now

Only problem is that the NRL team will do exactly what the ISC teams did and just throw in young guys. Only two of the guys in that race are ISC regulars. Half haven’t ever played a game.

NRL fans want to watch Addo-Carr racing Saab. They don’t want to see 16 random Flegg/Cup players race.

I wonder how many NRL players would participate anyway. Some won’t even line up for the all stars. It’d be all fun and games until some did a hammy and misses a game.

I guess you could go at the end of the season, but they’d be coming off mad Monday.

Maybe they can all take a different recreational drug and we find out which one is the most performance enhancing

Fitz article today says Sharks pre-season starts for the first group of players on 4 November.

Final sentence of the article
Cheers missed that one

Also pretty impressive for those that have attended every GF luncheon they've ever had. I bet 2016 felt sweet to those long time supporters!

Doesn’t the draw get released soon??
I think it's usually late November.

Does make it tough if you're unsure about being a member and when and who we play is decision factor for you and you need to renew before it's released.

It's better than a few years ago when games were only allocated 5 - 6 weeks out. Man that was a **** system.

Nice work NRL.

The NRL has defended having no representatives at St George Leagues Club for a private live stream of the funeral of immortal Norm Provan on Monday.

A week after the governing body slammed Penrith for disrespecting the premiership trophy, which includes an image of Provan and his little mate Arthur Summons, NRL CEO Andrew Abdo and ARL Commission chairman Peter V’landys were unable to attend to farewell the league legend.

From DT. In case it hasn't been seen. Interesting stat really. Sharks have done pretty well over the last 10 years, yet there is always talk of trying to re-locate us.

Top 3 has been pretty consistent. Sharks > Penrith easily from 2012 - 2019 though. Two re-hot seasons have helped their cause.

It would be interesting to see finals appearances / finals wins / GF appearances / premierships taken into account too. It wouldn't make drastic changes but it would probably push the Cowboys up a bit and would definitely push the Tigers in to last place.

I've just watched the videos by Fitz, Wado and McInnes. After watching them, I'm feeling excited, and very positive, about our prospects for 2022, and looking forward to seeing who Fitz trots out to start the season. I'm particularly interested to see how Lachie Miller goes during the year.

Curious see what position he plays. Would assume wing. Let’s him bring the ball back with some of the space he’s used to in the 7s.

This highlight is crazy. Pretty comfortable with ball in hand going off those 15 seconds lol
