2016 Sharks Memberships

Where there were numerous memberships all addressed to the same person/address, such as a family membership, there were massive dramas. This has been identified and I believe these will be consolidated so you shouldn't have this problem in the future As you identified, much of the problem is due to Ticketek but they are being ironed out..

With mine in 2014 i recieved a large parcel 1 day which contained 4 reems of 5 tickets (family flexi 5), 4 members cards, 4 members packs.

then 2 weeks later the same thing arrived. Members cards had the same numbers as previous.

I spoke to the club which they just said use them as the ticket were processed already

Yep. I spilled something on my voucher and that was the end of that.

Mine's still sitting on my desk as I don't have a printer to print out the order form and never think of it when I'm out and have access to one.

Yeah I saw that the other day... the way snail mail is, I could send it tomorrow and be lucky if it got there by rd 26. I've considered it the second donation I've made to the club this season.
