Serbia got extremely close to beating the USA in basketball this morning. Loving that teams are taking it to the USA and the emergence of better international teams.

I know! Tony Parker wasn't even playing either. I'd be keen if in the off season Australia played games at home. I love the NBA, but seeing the Aussies play together is just something else. Seeing guys like Delly and Mills become first options is really cool. I wish they'd sold the Olympic jerseys here. I'd be all over a Jingles one haha

Gold medal for underwhelming leadership, only thing she sorted was the shttiers before the games. Started badly with her engaging with those 2 toss pot tennis players then got worse, her speech when announcing Anna mears as the flag carrier was laughable so many me's and I's.

Not to mention turning up at their Olympic accommodation, turning on every tap and shower faucet in the block of units simultaneously and then acting with shock and horror that the plumbing couldn't handle it.

It was probably substandard but they wanted to make it fail so they could create a scene and demand better.

Japan do everything a thousand times better than any other country in the world. When I went there around 10 years ago I was amazed at how well they did things. Simple things that we find it so hard to get right here they do with consumate ease.

I reckon it will easily rival Sydney as the "best Olympics ever!"
