I wonder why Field Hockey isn’t a more popular sport then it is. Seems to tick most of the boxes.

Personally I’ve been enjoying it.

I guess it people not knowing all the rules.
Personally I find it frustrating how they keep hitting the ball back nearly to the goalie on the defensive.
Especially when they were behind on the scoreboard wasting time.

As someone who watches Football (Soccer) I kind of got the patient back passing, trying to probe for a way through, it looks like its quite congested defensively. I saw a lot similarities between this and Football about how they tactically move the ball, making runs, knocking through balls. Might be why I kinda appreciated it.

Your right. As the only games I’d soccer I watch are at the olympics and I used to League where the object is to get to your set.
Kick down the opposite side of the field and put pressure on the attacking side to make a mistake or
keep them in their own half.

Yeah me too. It's one of those sports I only watch every four years but it has been great.

I had a feeling we'd lose once it went to the shootout for some reason, had zero confidence even though we won it in the QF.
