In all seriousness though this is seriously amateurish ****. Yeah we changed brands but it wasn't last minute.

Not having merch available before Christmas is a major failure. Really pisses me off.

Yeah I have mate, they're not ready to go yet. I've requested pick up if they're ready in the next week.

I'd be putting a rocket up then, asking for the item, or at least some small compensation. After Xmas isn't late December.

If all else fails, I'd be contacting some reputable places to see if they can help you out, Savvy Supporter, League of Legends, Rebel, Jersey Megastore, Jim Kids Sports, even Dynasty. I'm sure they will be more than happy to help you out in return of a sale.

Please, please don't eBay or Amazon or Kogan unless you want a Bali ripoff.

I've been caught in similar predicaments, and I've always found the small guys are the heroes.

I know official stores are tide to embargoes and don't have much wriggle room, but they need to cowboy up and help you or admit when they can't deliver.

Another option is just buy your kid a Manly jersey and teach him life is not fair or kind
