Really digging this secondary logo starting to appear on merch. Honestly wouldn't mind it becoming our full time logo.

Wouldn't be at all surprised if it does, teams are starting to drop the team names and just have the logo like Rabbits and Panthers.

Difference between our current logo is dropping the word mark, the shield, and just softening of the edges so the shark isn't so angular

I think the shield version might be an NRL thing? To keep them consistent with the NRL logo and general branding. Pretty sure all the clubs have similar ones

Yeah the NRL has been using them (eg. https://premier.ticketek.com.au/Shows/Show.aspx?sh=NRL21 ) and they sometimes use them with the shield
