Just received an e-mail from Jarrod Johnstone confirming there WON'T be a second run of jersey's with added names and the Hisense logo. Again, no second run. If you don't yet have one and want one, hurry in while they're still in stock.

That is weird, 'cos I was just at the Club this morning and picked up my jersey. Whilst I was there, I asked if there would be any more done with new members names as a few of my mates want to join and want to know if their name will be on the jersey.

The girl behind the counter said that there would be another run of the jerseys done after Round 6 with the new names added. Wonder where she got that info from?

That is strange, Iron. Here is a copy of the email I received from Jarrod which also explains why they won't be doing a second run:

Hi [El Coco],

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I was out of the office on Monday and Tuesday and the last two days have just gotten away from me.

We won’t be doing a second run of the jersey with Hisense on it as we wouldn’t be able to fit everybody’s name on it.

Which is very plausible, after all, there does seem to be space left on the first jerseys that we were issued with...

I'd probably feel a bit disappointed if they bring out a 2nd jersey. I bought membership early and paid the $199 for the jersey. Somehow a 2nd Jersey would make mine less special or exclusive. I'm not buying another one.

If they get another 500 people paying $200 = 100k for jerseys then I think its a good move I couldnt afford one at the time but will be able in a few weeks actually it will be two one for me and one the wife.

I hope your right.

I rang the club the other week as we didn't have my young bloke as a member.
When I was told the re run was being done (by 2 different people).
We signed him up.
We asked if his name would be added to the jersey and I was told yes it will be.

technically he doesn't rule out a second round, just that there wont be any with Hisense on them
maybe JJ should have said:
"there will be a second round of jerseys produced, with updated names on them. However they will not feature the Hisense logo as we wouldn’t be able to fit everybody’s name on it"
