Official Shark Park & Woolooware Bay Development

We still make money every home game at present despite the current capacity so ignore old financial models previously stated. Total Group profit last year was $700,000. Looking at 17,500 capacity in ground with extras of 1000 odd external to the ground around corporate (Leagues club deck, Quest...

Not sure how many will have that view given the decorative bars over all the windows facing the ground.

The Max Capacity of the ground was 18000 in 2019 before the build started and was always going to be that after unless there was Gov money to increase Grandstand seating.

Why wouldn't they be - We haven't gone backwards given it is now over two levels of new car parking, replacing the old shitty car park which was only available to corporates anyway unless you were there before gates opened. Depends on what your definition is of decent is. The club will be happy...

There is going to over 700 car parks in the new development for the club/shopping centre, more parking than there ever was before the development started They still could have built in space though for future extra seating on the Eastern side though given the building that the seats would come...

They are the restaurant facing the ground under the leagues club levels to the left of the PB stand looking east, hence you would think the Sharks would some form of corporate agreement with them to use them as a corporate area for games.

    Finals tickets

That's ^*&@# given I wasn't even given the option to be able buy tickets in the ET upper on Monday morning and I normally sit there. Got given concourse seats next to the @#% cowboys bay - not that there will be many of them.

I never once had to line up for beer on Sat night - at three times at different points of the ground including just before kickoff, I walked straight up to a bar and was served. People just walk up to the first line they see and wait not knowing there is another bar a little further away with...

Southern comfort, Northern (mid and full), Blonde (maybe only members bar?) all available as cracked cans, though it depended on the bar you went to as to what was available. Prices do seem to vary around the ground. Northern also available on tap. Crowd was 2K less but I didn't have to line up...

Essentially Peter Burns actual stand is sold out with only the concourse seats directly in front of it still available for that category of seat.

Yep that's the jersey full for next season. Points bet are keeping Sternum but not shorts. New Shorts sponsors coming shortly. Apparently we will be fully sponsored again in 2022, with upgrades in $ I suspect.

Normally there, but only ever indicative as the stand is always sold out. They indicated it will be again unless existing seats aren't renewed, even with the last two years at Kogarah. Basically unless you had seats at Kogarah you won't have seats in the upper ET stand next season.
