2024 NRL Round 8 - Canberra Raiders vs Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, 4.05pm Sunday 28 April @ GIO Stadium Canberra

I'm comfortable with Atkinson coming in , I've liked the little bit I've seen and seems to have confidence in himself to play at this level .

    Official Braydon Trindall

I'm sure he's feeling bad , for himself and for the bad PR he's brought on the club , hoping he's getting support as well , he'll know he's F@#ked up big time .

    Official Dale Finucane

Health and family come first , never great to have your retirement dictated by injury but it's only a game . Go and enjoy a life off the park . Well earned .

2024 NRL Round 8 - Canberra Raiders vs Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, 4.05pm Sunday 28 April @ GIO Stadium Canberra

Geez they look very lightweight in the backs now with Fogerty and Rapana out , Rapana was their energizer bunny and our nemesis . Handle Papalii and Tapine and we should be fine .

    Official Royce Hunt

Don't really see a long term future for him with us , not with the depth we have at present and AFB coming as well . Doesn't play long enough minutes nor consistently enough to make keeping him a priority . Free up his money for someone else to be upgraded .

    Official Oregon Kaufusi

Hasn't he improved from last season , confidence maybe , he now understands his role and does it well . Near the end of the last couple of games I have been thinking get Kaufusi back on , that's when you know a player is doing his job .

    Official Thomas Hazelton

Is there a more likable player in the game at present .
  8. J

    Official Braydon Trindall

He's not going to be a superstar but is improving and is becoming a more consistent first grade half , he does his job which is what is what we need with the way we are looking to play .

Match 2024 NRL Round 7 - Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks v North Queensland Cowboys, 4.05pm Sunday 21 April @ Points Bet Stadium

I'm loving the fact that we seem to be playing as a team , everybody contributing , no stars , just some having better games than others from week to week but overall trying to play to a system that needs everybody to contribute an 8 out of 10 , and they are . Will it win us a comp , who knows...

    Official Samuel Stonestreet

Liked him since the first time I seen him , great debut , tried hard , solid hit ups , didn't make any errors and scored , doesn't get much better . Just add a few kilos .

Good , biggest sook in the game .

    Official Nicho Hynes

Looks to me like he's realized that he doesn't have to be a superstar , just plays a role within a good team . Saying that he seemed to be tackling anything and everything all over the park , that's leadership .

    Official Blayke Brailey

His game appears to have gone up a gear , doing what he's doing now works well within this team .
  14. J

    Official Jesse Ramien

He's found consistency in his game and lost all the brain explosions , which has won me over .
  15. J

    Official Dale Finucane

It's almost Dale who ? I'm sure he still has a role to play for us but what that is I'm not sure .
  16. J

    Official William Kennedy

He's solid without being spectacular , which works within a good team .

    Official Ronaldo Mulitalo

    Is becoming Mr. Consistent

    Official 2024 NRL General Discussion

Stacey Jones is a legend in NZ rugby league , I don't know anybody that would rate SJ close to Jones . He even had a top racehorse named after him that won heaps of top jumping races here , it was simply called Stacey Jones , can't see anybody naming a horse Shaun Johnson .

    Official 2024 NRL General Discussion

Being reported here in NZ that Warriors player Luke Metcalfe has broken his Tibia and could miss the rest of the season , very bad luck for the young bloke , just finding feet .

Match 2024 NRL Round 3 - Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks vs Wests Tigers, 7.35pm Saturday 23 March @ Leichhardt Oval

At 6-0 and then 6-6 I was thinking just stay in the grind and these guys will fold , unfortunately it was us that couldn't stay in the grind , the kinda grind that got us up over the Warriors .
