not just sports concert in the summer, sunset cinema etc point im making is they a venue and use it 3% of the year. seems a waste in my view

well you have to use it more in my opinion. i would have thought if you own a venue, you want things at it. if not, why have it at all? especially with the new club coming pmine what next year. what we have now, a limited capacity small venue with hardly any cover and corporates...eventually...
