Good game. Cows had a go, but that Penrith defence was amazing... They don't mind giving away 6-again though.
Cleary has the same problem Fitz had last year with Trindall. What to do with Laurie. Waste of a bench spot at the moment.

Sharks are better than penrith confirmed
Is it a waste of a bench spot?
Did they need an extra forward?
Cows would have liked a back on their bench.
If things go to play the 4th spot is often a waste, even if you give a forward a 10-15 minute stint others could have easily covered

With the amount of defense they had to do all game, they sure could have used another forward I reckon.
But it didn't matter in the end anyway.
Cleary, Fitz and all seem contend with that setup. I'm not going to second-guess them, and as you pointed out, their rotation's set with that configuration in mind.
Still, Laurie plays a handful of minutes at best every week. Don't quite get the point of it.
Not that I really care, last I checked, Panthers weren't Sharks
