I was thinking 8 but don't wanna go against chatgpt!

6 he would miss
Raiders
Dragons
Storm
Roosters
Panthers
Eels
Then likely at least Broncos too playing Cup
Could come back for Dolphins

8 he misses Broncos, Dolphins, bye round, maybe miss Dogs to play Cup and be back for Titans into Tigers.

Raiders, Dragons, Roosters, Eels, Dolphins and Dogs all absolutely beatable without him if team is up for the game and Atkinson comes in well.
Storm we will call winnable too as Atkinson will be up for a big one. Broncos at Suncorp without full spine will definitely be tough. Panthers we have at home but would need some luck to win that still.

That 8 would leave 7 games left with us hopefully still entrenched in the top 4 at least thanks to a good start and, if Atkinson does a good job, not actually losing a heap off the park.

So non spine players that get done for similar offences get a different penalty?

Happy to put the number 8 on his back if he gets a reduction!
