Yeah nah. He made 5 errors last season.
Last year Kaufusi was the least likely player to make an error. Dale was the 6th least likely out of all Sharks players.
Kaufusi, Katoa, Colquhoun, Wilton, Hazelton, Finucane in that order (plus Hiroti who never made one).
Every other player who put on a jersey last year made errors more frequently than Finucane.

This is errors while in possession.
I counted giving away a penalty while in possession as an error. Counting only handling errors he would have been best in the entire team.
He only had 3 handling errors. 2 of his errors was walking back onside after a kick, getting in the way and giving up an obstruction penalty.
Penalties and six-agains while defending… he gave up a few. I haven’t crunched the numbers on that to see where he would compare to other players.
Fair call. I didn't look at any stats, but just seem to remember a lot of frustration watching him. Not sure how many games he played last year
