Another pretty good game from Brailey I thought.

My only gripe is when he plays for a penalty, which is smart, he shouldn't be stopping and looking at the ref, just play on in case the penalty isn't coming.

yeah he played well.
loves to give a penalty or two
a flop and holding down too long.

but expected he's meant to try to slow things down as a hooker.

Played well. First 20 minutes were brilliant minus the penalty. Second half didn’t notice him as much but still played a good game overall.

Some of his tackles were brilliant. Can’t fault him on his techniques, it’s one of the best in the business. Similar defence technique to Dallas Johnson who was one of the best imo. Of all time.

Not sure why Blayke just stopped in the defensive line and didn't make a tackle attempt on Croker as he barged over for a try?

tough little bloke. took a massive knock early on which im suprised didnt get pulled up by officials for an HIA. it was obvious it definately rocked him but he just shrugged it off and got back into it

another massive under rated player just aceing the basics for the good of the team

Will never show up on the stats sheet but how good our attack is / can be, and how it feels we’re running down hill at times starts with him and his service. Incredible.

Come on,mate. Speaking sense is barely tolerated in this thread.

NSW have added him to their extended squad
I mean we already knew Fitler had no idea but just add the whole NSW selection panel into the list of people fooled into think Brailey is good... on account of him actually, well, playing good.

He was definitely trash up until the warriors game

Well done on him turning it around, should be the new standard for him

He's in the squad because Robson and Cook are both playing this week and we have the bye.
Gives him some experience around the squad, nothing wrong with that.

Yeah I completely get that. The experience will be good for Blayke. But it also reflects the fact that he's been having a great year.

Definitely disagree on that one. I do think he's been more successful in generating restarts and penalties with his work out of marker, but I think that has been on the back of some of our bigger units finding form (Royce and BHU) rather than him changing anything about how he plays.
