If we re-sign him on good money based on his great year in the centres, i'd take that as evidence. But that hasn't happened yet.

We started the season in our opening games playing Ronnie & then Tracey @ left centre with Talakai coming from the bench
I think Ikavalu filled in one game at centre as well

So it wasn't Fitz plan initially and although pleaseantly suprised by Sifa's performances at centre I think coach will have a longer term plan that doesn't have Sifa in the backline even if he re-signs him as a 'centre'

That really hurts. Rumours of Campbell Graham being injured, but JD said he will play, will just get needled. It would be nice of them to rest him for us now.
