Yep, its good that this forum is sometimes reminded of that. 😉

So glad I was wrong on this one. I love watching Will do his thing.
Who was gunning for Allen to come here at fullback ? On the other hand, would love Cotric to come and have bulldogs chip in - we lack a big body in the backline

Quite a few of which I was one.

Remember, Will wasn't anywhere near what he is now.

That’s a bloody decent forward pack

Only thing is there are a few players in there who do go missing and quiet often. Would think one of Pangai or Kikau would start on the bench then swap with another one another.

Something will have to give before 2023 I think.

Their spine is still a problem, not sure they're spending in the right areas.

Hard to see how they can afford Mahoney now.

No shame in that he was going good for the bunnies at the time, seems like he's a player that gets better due to system rather then self motivation. Would go hard under coaches like Bellamy, Robinson, Stuart, Flanagan, Bennet etc

Burton I think will become the next big thing. Him and dufty will thrive together. They just need a 7 that can control the game and guide the team around. They’re gonna be a dangerous side in 2023.

Yeah I'm a Burton fan.

I'm still not convinced on Dufty.

They should have signed the CHAD on 800k

I was for it, too. Just as much to compete for fullback as centre/wing. Thankfully Tracey pushed hard enough to get Will on the right track

Their backs look great on paper too.

Only Trent Barrett could flush such an expensive roster down the shitter.

Not Asiata, he’s quitting as he won’t get vax apparently.

I also wanted competition for Will and though Allen would do that job well. And tbf probably would have had a better season at a better club too

In your head, rent free
allen was a no brainer at the time as we didnt have a fullback

i'd begrudgingly take cotric if they chipped in

the dogs have a good team but a **** spine, word is they are about to land mahoney as well so that fixes part of that problem

JAC will be the fullback in 2023 so they have options but a 7 to help burton wont go astray, they should have got taylor on the t&t
