As hard as it may be, Flanno needs to make some tough decisions or kiss his coaching career goodbye. Moving Graham to lock & Gal to second row or prop is a must as they both are currently playing in their wrong positions (as is Carney).

I'd suggest you'll start hearing different teams starting sides from now on - some tend to announce the week 1 teams a week in advance.

Impact, along with Fifita I reckon. Toups is too old to be an impact player - he's just a benchie that will be lucky to hold a position based on previous years, although his pay packet may command otherwise. Isn't depth great!

A season in NSW cup won't hurt him but it might hurt us. If he is committed to getting his act together on & off the field & is playing out of his skin, he should be reinstated in 1st grade. We can't have hard & fast rules about selections, otherwise he really has nothing to play / improve for.

The best combo would be players of varying styles - 1 a playmaker / organiser & the other more dynamic & off the cuff. Kelly is too much like Carney to be the best combo.
