You would think the only reason we won was refs by what some people are saying, i admit there was some dodgy calls but Gals try was def not double movement either, in the end we were just the better team.

I drove from Brisbane to watch tonight's game and was in the Monty Porter stand directly in front of that dumb goose giving away a double movement penalty on the second tackle at a very tight time. I don't care what anyone else thinks they saw. He is a liability. His go forward is non existent. His defence is flaky and his decision making is poor as shown again by that brain freeze. Just go.
haha you pork chop it was a clear try. All the defenders fell off him meaning it was play on and he had every right to reach out for the try

Your clear hatred for him is blinding your judgement

Interviewer: So Chad, you've been a season ticket holder at the Sharks since 2009, after some lean years you must be so happy and pumped to be part of a huge crowd tonight that saw your favourite team win their 12th win in a row, a club record.

Chad: Ummm, no, I wasn't there tonight.

Interviewer: Really? Wow, must have something real important on for you to miss that. A wedding? Death in the Family? Ill and on your death bed?

Chad: No, I had a primary school reunion on which 14 people turned up to. We sat in a room with two tables and talked about how we all looked so good after 41 years.

Interviewer: So, let me get this straight. You passed up the chance to be at one of the Sharks greatest wins and to witness a club record and you went to a school reunion?

Chad: Yes.

Interviewer: You ****ing schmuck.

who the **** has primary school reunions anyway?

You couldn't be that interested in what people you hung around with as a 7yr old are doing.. Why didn't you politely tell the other 13 idiots that you're leaving and suggest those sad ****s do the same?

What do you talk about at a primary school reunion? Who could make their piss go out the windows above the trough?

I watched the full game from my local place, I think if we can get over all these small starts we are having we can go all the way this year! I was shellshocked after 10 today, I honestly thought they were going to do us. Once we clicked into gear we looked very dangerous every set of 6 we had at their end. Our defence was also a massive plus once we clicked. Apart from their one try they had after a good break we had them under control I thought especially at their defensive end. Gallens "no" try was surely a try I thought, he had no one on him which to me meant it wasn't a double movement at all. Oh well we have to deal with these calls every week.

Agree wholeheartedly Caps. Only problem though was that I helped organise it and the date was set way before the NRL draw came out.
Couldn't cancel because one girl had flown out from the US to attend and she'd been looking forward to it for months. I know some guys who probably wouldn't give s **** about that but I'm too nice a guy to cancel the event.

Still felt like a schmuck though...

Havnt watched replay yet, nor looked close enough initially, but the very least gals no try should have gone upstairs, certainly was over the top of the parra player near his legs, was gals legs on the blokes back, not sure if touching him is considered as a tackle, this is were the bunker system is crap spent close enough to 4 minutes on beales try which was mainly spent on trying to award it, then nothing on this, crazy

Thought we did real to stop their charge. They were all over us early. Once we got a try, we didnt really look like losing imo.

2 lucky Eels tries early and weight of position gives them their first 3.
Once we clicked and got some of the ball we were pretty good.
We can't afford to give someone like the Storm, Cows or even Dogs or Raiders early points going forward thou, so hopefully we fix this quickly.
