lost by 12 and that was after scoring a converted try on full time. We were never in imo. Probably our worst game of the year
I dunno, we could of won that game but we played ****. The Dragons game on the other hand, we didn't even show up.

What about the first 4 games? l know its hard to remember but we should have won a duece of our first games at home. What a chnage on our ladder position that could have been.

No one's forgotten Spanner, we all remember but we were a different team early in the season, we are much better at closing games out now despite the last 10 minutes of heart attacks still be present

The Silver lining to those early season losses is that we could potentially finish 5th with a Sydney final against an out of town team first week

I've often wondered "what if" with those 4 very winnable games at the beginning of the season, but to be fair I think there have been a couple of games where we got a lucky break and won. I think we're about where we should be ATM.

I haven't read throug this thread since kickoff, but that was a decent little win for us.

We defended our guts out for most of the first half. Not a hell of a lot thrown at us but we still did it. 180+ tackles and 3 misses in that first 40, only 2 tries conceded off kicks.

It had to turn in the 2nd half if we were a chance and we made it happen. If I were a fag Val would need an extra couple locks on his door.

I do have to question Barba on for Feki when we lacked big bodies to begin with. Granted Feki wasn't making his usual big kick return meters but if we really needed them I'd back him to deliver over Gorden. Thats without going into the fact Gordon will be an Eel next year and Feki still a Sharkie.

i think the only reason it was feki hooked and not flash was goal kicking

fair enough val nailed a screamer from the touchline but this game was close and flash has kicked some big goals

i was also extremely pissed off at flashs kick returns, he jogged back and lost ground, yet when he went to the wing he was sprinting at them

also, want to give a big shout out to barba, brilliant under the highball and his composure when the beast broke through was good, he held his defensive line well and waited for help to arrive

One thing that really ****s me with coverage of games from NZ is they insist on showing repalys in the enitire screen rather than picture-in-picture.

I missed the game because I was at baseball but I've watched the replay. A real gritty win, especially when things were looking pretty ordinary at 10-0 down. Earlier in the year we would of let that game get away from us. Taga stepped up brilliantly in Fifita's absence. Holmes is a freak, I don't care what it takes, keep him here for life. Robbo was a beast defensively, Mautilino had no impact on the game because of him, it's good they've taken a lot of kicking responsibility away from him, we look a lot better with Ennis doing the majority of the kicking. For the first time this year, I'm mildly confident of us playing finals football, we are anything but safe however, but I'm liking what I'm seeing.

Oh and a big LOL at Gals chip and chase.

How long these little gold nuggets been out there? Quality humor.

i started doing it in 2013, i had a different website but i forgot to disable comments and spammers hammered my page. a porn website made a comment and then i couldnt link the website to twitter so i shut it down.

that also happened last year and my (lack of) enthusiasm ensured i didnt open another website until the new season.

slowly getting back to where i want it to be and will make sure it is better next year :)

i also had a few issues with my laptop this year so i havent done every game, but i am back up and running now.

hopefully fill it with more content soon and not just meltdowns

Should start with the positive ones to begin with and slowly work your way to sucidal

never been my style, just go straight for the irrational comments mate
