Whats the problem with it again?

I got no problem with our current hoops jersey, except it means short of sponsorship changes its hard to add a jersey to the collection every year.

I just don't think that it has the required "finish" to it. It looks cheap and it's not because it is sponsor-less. The cut is unflattering, The hoop is badly placed and the wrong size. The blue colour should probably be just a shade darker as well (still sky blue though). It should also probably have a Vee neck to go with the hoops. The round neck and the hoops don't go well together. Actually, the neck is probably the most unsightly aspect of it.

I just don't think that it has the professional look required. It looks cheap. It looks like the manufacturer put zero effort into enhancing and modernising it. In fact, it looks worse than our past jerseys. Even the hoops with the LG sponsorship and collar look much better, even though they are older and baggy. The Roosters and Souths jerseys keep their traditional style but they are modernized and look schmick. Ours belongs on the cheap rack at Best and Less.

I was just googling images of our jerseys and this one caught my eye (i think I might have seen it posted on here before):

This bloke apparently does this as a hobby. This mock up looks a billion times better than the dross we've been served up by professionals. I like his other jersey options for us too. http://gazf.info/cronulla-sutherland-sharks-2013-14/

The best thing about his designs is the blue he uses. Pristine and bright.

Also the blue shorts. Wowza. How good would they look with the black away jersery?!

New jersey looks boss. Only looks funny of Fafita because its not player cut and they would have had to get a XXXL off the rack.

Website says we'll wear it for the first few weeks, so they're still hopeful for a FOJ for the hoops.

Is the bloke that made those jerseys a Sharks fan?

It has the new NRL logo, but the sponsorship is Hisense. Two things that have never been on a Sharks jersey at the same time.

I think he's just a designer with a love of League.

Hire him up I say. Stuff looks brilliant.
