Green the best we've ever seen

Do you mind if I tweak it to 'The best Green you've ever seen'

Wat about for Douglas

"WHO LET THE DOUGS OUT"

Like it

"SORRY HONEY IM AT THE FOOTY, WAS IT A BOY OR A GIRL?"

An oldie but still a goodie

i was into silverchair when Daniel Johns used to sing like Eddie Vedder ... 'you've got me stoooooned. sittin in my bedroom spinnin'

Was that when Courtney (dig my exceptionaly huge) hole accused Johns' of being a Kurt wannabe clone?

best bands ever- kings of leon, bloc party, alkaline trio, arcade fire, dropkick murphy's n muse is about 14th on the list..but a good band tho.

Am interested in both these bands, especialy Kings of Leon.

i wanted to see kings of leon but thats what you get at music festivals, good bands all play at same times, plus last time i saw them they were a real disappointment.

Festivals have their upsides though

what instrument do you play, zak?

I'm originally a bass player, but I always wanted to stomp on a distortion pedal and strum chords, which kind of worked on bass, but hurt my fingers too much. So I learnt guitar.

guitar(not that fantastic-believe me!)
been in a couple of bands over here-playing covers mostly(greenday, foo's,grinspoon, powderfinger, blink plus some oldies like purple,ac/dc and zztop.)
i do own several distortion pedals but the real power comes from my 100w marshall amp!

nice!

I use a Laney tube amp - only about 60w, but more than enough for my purposes! And I find that the tube gives a much nicer distortion and more controllable feedback than my old pedals.

I have a Roland Jazz Chorus and racks of mostly Boss pedals plus a few diversions that I redirect into and out of my 12 watt Peavey Rage. That way I can play the same thing through two amps, with different effects on each.
i.e. Play an E and have the Roland with distortion, and the Peavey with a Phaser, and a third output with a different effect DI'd into the PA.

No need for a second guitarist :)

i play in a band i have a gibson korina explorer 1958, line6 100 watt amp, line6 multieffects board
anyone else a musician???

That makes three of us who play like Jimmi ;).

I've got a room full of guitars, but my best girls are my Takamine 11 string acoustic, Rickenbacker 360, and my Fender Tele. Honourable mention to the Morena Classical I picked up from Vinnies for 5 bucks

I'd like to give thanks to Fanta for getting me where I am today ;)

Did you do party pies with your Fanta?

I have a Roland Jazz Chorus

the roland jazz chorus-prob one of the nicest amps ever made in my opinion.great sound.
i used to have a roland super cube 60w.
between me and the bro we own 3 amps(he's got a peavey 165-i hate it!)and 7 guitars-2 poosticks and 5 electrics including a maton elec, washburn elec and an american strat(we both reguard these as our guitars!).when i last gigged i was using a fender copy that a mate of mine built.it has an active emg humbucker and a seymore duncan twin single coil-great sound for rock and surprisingly good to play.

as for playing like jimmi-i play like someone who might've seen him play once-when they were drunk!

Don't sell yrself short Zak. Whenever anyone asks me what my guitar playing is like, I always say "I play like Jimmi Hendrix".

Only a left hander can say that and be telling the truth :p.
