So with 1 November passing and Flanno back, are we going hard for any of the many quality halfbacks off contract at the end of 2015?
With Hunt now wrapped up I hope we're going hard at Sezer. I'd like Reynolds but I just can't see him leaving Souths.

Hodkinson or Reynolds should be top priority.

We won't get either one of them. Both will have rich deals in front of them from their clubs. Easily big enough for them to stay put. Sezer is our only chance.
It's a shame though because I think Hodgkinson would be the perfect halfback for us.

They just let one of their best halves go to SL but you think they'll lose their other best half next year? By your own logic, Tits will table a great offer for Sezer when the time comes.
Best chance this club had in the short term was Barba and that doesn't look like it's gonna happen now. If the Roosters did manage to get Foran, then we might have a shot at Maloney, but other than that I can't see a marquee half here anytime soon.

Yeah your right. I forgot that they let Kelly go. Whoops. Sezer is their main man now and will get a monster offer. Our only hope with him is if he truely is as homesick as the media let's on.
Also forgot about Maloney (been a long day). I reckon we're a slightly bigger chance at him then people realise. Especially if the Chooks chase Sezer or Foran hard like people think they will.
I'm sure Flanno sees as well served in the halves.
If Robbo goes down, we have either or both of Gallen or Lewis to step in. What is better than 6 backrowers in a team? Answer is 8.

not gunna fit in here then.
Now i know its Robbos final year (hopefully) but what i dont see is the club either signing a half to compete with him this season. Im happy for him to be 7 if he is our best, but it also wouldnt be hard to find an improvement. Unless they are planning on him basically playing our the season and bringing some of the 20s 7's into the fold if we cant sign a marquee guy for 2016
