I don't think we have any better or worse team then we have had previously. We have injuries, granted. But we are only really missing gal and Lewis (toupo well past his best and we have adequate replacements, Ryan unlikely to play for a while....will explain). In addition, teams like parra, tigers etc have no better roster than ours. Excluding the warriors game (where we completed 21/34, 16 mistackles and made 750metres more than the opposition) we have completed 63%, averaged 12 errors, 27 mistackles and ran, on average 470m less than the opposition. Not to mention we scored 6 tries, 2 in the last minute of manly/dogs game. This all goes to our attitude. It is simply non existent. With a quarter of the season gone it is questionable where the change will come from
On beau Ryan. He has a neck injury. Alex McKinnon issue has spooked him and he refuses to play with ANY discomfort. It's a week by week issue but could, potentially, continue for a while. Not to belittle his injury, it says volumes on where our attitude is at......
