Yes he has a couple of games with howlers, but he puts in massively every game. How is he meant to build consistency when they continually drop him?

Agree look at the shape the blokes in he's very dedicated and might not be the most skilled player but he goes 100% all the time

Agree on both points. It would be a very bad look to drop him after that, especially when others have had time to perform but haven't.

Stapo is the only guy in our team that looks fast enough to leave players behind. Every team needs one.

It's amazing how much pace he still has for how many knee injuries and surgeries he has had.

That try he scored of Carey.
The week before Carney was moving around like his Hamy was playing up, but that run Carney made he was really moving before he passed to Stapo. Looks like he recovered.

Still has heaps more speed than what was on display on saturday does carney.

Which I read as needing better and more consistent kicks to the wings from our halves something Carney & Robbo struggle with making Stapo's positive attributes a waste most games except in defense where his leaping skills are also handy

Stapo is not as quick as he used to be, still one of our faster players but a shadow of his former IMO
