Its that time the season again!

You wish it wasnt so, but inevitably, the same old situation raises its head. Week 3, we have no sponsors whatsoever, we've lost two very good players to rival clubs for next year on big dollar contracts. AsADA is threatening to take another 4 players, the coach has been stood down and we have $1m fine hanging over our heads. This is week 3 - and i am already saying to myself - " theres always next year"!

I cant do this anymore - this is too bloody hard. Nothing is working in our favour. Our team was ordinary last weekend. There was no passion or guts or drive or will. No excuses. Yes there were players out, but I just think about the Broncos during origin period - they turn up with fight. They never bend over. that is about stability, faith and trust. Our club lacks all 3!

I am sick of it. I want to actually watch a game thinking we are winners. Not - how will we lose this one! Enough is enough!

What do you mean this is too hard. You support the sharks you should be aware that adversity is part and parcel of the deal. My advice is Ignore your mates ignore the papers and drink more. Embrace it

I feel ya pain, but all is not lost- we will do a Shark special on the Goons this week, and it will be a rallying point for three wins in a row!

Haha you think it's bad now wait till '15 cos I'm telling you now we might as well change our slogan to 'sign with the Sharks and you WILL get cancer'..

That and we are due for more retirements in the next 3 years then Newcastle, and that's saying something..

The current coaching staff need to go, absolute idiots, penalising players for signing with other clubs. Will fifita be dropped as well?

http://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/boo.../story-e6frf3ou-1226859343962?from=public_rss

I get your point but comparing Fifita who was brought just over 2 yrs ago compared to Lichaa who has been brought up in the Shire nursery is not a good comparison.

You could argue that Lichaa has been in the sharks system for yrs, as you could imagine the Sharks have probably invested many hrs & money which has helped him in his development.

I suppose the Sharks were expecting whatever they have invested in him was about to pay dividends for them only for them to get the rug pulled from under them with a big monetry offer from elsewhere.

I suppose you or others could counter offer & say "if he had of been given a go sooner he wouldn't have gone", maybe yes, maybe no, to me its clear the Sharks were looking to him for the long haul.

He was always going to get a go but maybe Lichaa's way of thinking were he thought he was ready now was different to the Sharks way of thinking which was not quite yet, all things said & done, I think the Sharks had his best interests at heart which unfortunatly has cost them on this.

In summarzing I suppose the Sharks club itself would be equally filthy as what they are dissapointed in Lichaa's move.

i dont really care about the fifita bit. The penalty bit for moving clubs is just plain unprofessional. The whole staff have been unproffessional in their whole tenure....
From my understanding the flanno/sharpe hate is growing. Unfortunately the board dont have the balls to **** them off

Mate I get where you are coming from, I want the Sharks to field their best possible team week in week out to give us the best chance of winning but I also get why they have dropped him.

Well what if they played him not because they think he is better than de gois but only to help sway his decision ans sign with us and since he signed elsewhere. Stick to the tryed and tested that worked out ok for us last year although now signing a hooker should be our number one priority
