I just want to say I am so proud of the boys this year. To fight through the adversity this year to make it this far in to the semi finals shows courage. I for one and proud. Thanks for a great year of footy and hopefully bigger things next year. Thanks to the players, the coaching and support staff and to all the supporters of this great club.

Agreed, to make the finals in consecutive years is an awesome achievement for the club, but to just make the top eight this year, let alone week two of the finals, was a phenomenal achievement with the scandals rocking the club.

Hopefully it's onwards and upwards next year.

given every hurdle, we out performed most. injuries to pretty much ever key player, 1000s of slanderous articles written weekly, the whole asada investigation as a distraction, board changes, no sponsor bla bla bla........what was parras, st georges, wests, panthers, titans, broncos, warriors or raiders excuse?

yes I have to agree. previous sharks teams would of capitulated tonight and gone down by 40, a few dud calls, couldn't buy a penalty in the 2nd half and we are playing next week, but not to be, get fergo here and clone carney, we will do better, I was thinking today, at least we are back, the old days of top 8s are hopefully here for a while and we hopefully we can win one

I'm thinking of it like this, we improved in position on the ladder and also in how deep we went in the semi's. If we can do that every year I will be happy

Agree. Proud of the effort. We fought to hang in there without ever being dominant. We saved what 4 or 5 tries? Didn't really get a chance to sustain pressure.

Agreed 100%. I've never loved this club more after all the **** we've been through. The boys banded together like brothers and only just missed out in the dying minutes of a knockout final. I may not rate every player we have and swear my head off when they do stupid ****, but I still have the utmost respect for anyone that pulls on our jersey and plays with their heart on their sleeve. From Gal and Todd to Pomeroy and Robbo, I would shout them drinks if I saw them regardless.

Thank you Flanno, Gal, and everyone else involved in the club. I'll still be wearing my jersey loud and proud tomorrow and for the rest of the year, and can't wait to rip into next season already.

Really proud of the attitude the players showed after the game. They were really positive after coming off what is a brutal loss. They thanked the fans almost instantly and really copped it all on the chin. That's the only way you move on and become stronger as a unit. That and the run we've had this year and all we've been through this year has me really excited for next season.

well im not even upset, just a lil disappointed with our final performance. we most definatly dug deep and threw everything at them, but lacked a true 5/8. chad is not a finals player, toddy is, but even then, we were our own worst enemy in that game.

the whole team AND supporters should hold their heads high after season 2013, i dont think any other team would have been able to endure what we have been through and still been in the 2nd week of the finals punching it out, no way in hell, we all know this season is the catalyst that will make us harder than ****ing titanium for 2014,
we will be on a ****ing crusade next year and all opposed should be cautious of us or we may smite those mother ****ers into the earth with great fury and vengence!

you have been warned! get onboard or get outa the way!

I'm pretty much speechless other than to say how proud I am of our Team, Staff and Fans for an exciting year. I am so looking forward to next year, hoping all the off field **** is settled to start the new season afresh - Up Up Cronulla!!

stoked to hear flanno wants to extend his contract here asap as he still believes he is building and is not finished with us yet, and too hear beau does not want to play with another club is massive, good on him, not the best out there, but has one of the biggest hearts, man imagine us with a clean slate next season! souffs and roosters will struggle under the cap! and we will be hitting our straps i say!

Yep, agreed. Well done to the boys, just imagine if this whole Asada thing didn't happen we could of made the top 4. To improve from last year is all you can ask for, and I'm happy where they finished up. I think a classy outside back and we'll be right up there again next year.
