Totally agree mate. And I've got plenty of patience. Its just that guys go off saying things are a done deal when they're not. I know the main thread this happens in is a rumour mill but I'm just a little sick of all the promises.

As for Ayshford - I'm happy with him.

I'm sure those blokes are working hard on getting the signatures. I'm just enjoying the inside info. I know it's frustrating but at least we know something is going on.

Ill be happy with Ayshford if Simona or wighton will be joining him, otherwise it's a strange signing.

What do you mean? We needed outside backs and we signed one. I think it's less of a strange signing if we don't get the other two, as we are going to need someone to play there...

Ricky and Jono would be more than capable along with signings like Simona and wighton plus feki and stapo as depth, I don't feel we would need Ayshford for any other reason then for depth, and I am not sure whether Blake was signed as depth.

Given we won't have Boogs and Peachey next year could be for his ability to cover in the second row as well as play centre?

you know, i've done the un-thinkable and changed my tune. i guess i was just disappointed we didnt land simona, but ayshford is more than a capable first grade centre, plus he is a great line runner. him off carney will be tops

Surely Ayshford would be higher in the pecking order than Ricky? At least to begin with?

Re-signing Leutele was a gamble. He has a really bad injury and won't even be seen again in 2013 making him virtually a faith signing. I can't see him just walking back into the team.

I think Ricky has such potential that he is worth the risk. He is an absolute genuine, quality centre. Something we have lacked for years and I'm glad flanno has shown faith.

He needs to be given a shot. Blake is the same with probably less talent. Don't get me wrong, I'd have him all day over Pom. And if it means signing Blake means Pom is out of the team then I can live with it.

& he can catch a ball when on the run, better still if the ball is not completely in the bread basket he can still catch it.

Hearing today Simona is still a chance. Where would this leave us as Feki is beginning to be a bit of an asset. Having Gordon, Feki, Leutele, Ayshford, J Wright, Ryan and possibly Simona all of a sudden gives our coach a real headache picking the best 1-5. Feki deserves his spot and I think with a strong back half this year he should really cement it

I doubt Feki would keep his spot if we sign Simona.

Gordon at FB, Beau and Simona on the wings, Ashford and either Wright/Leutele in the centres.

I know that, but that does suck because Feki is becoming a great little winger for us, and flying under the radar. If he goes back to NSW cup will probably fester away then when he is needed through injury, will be ****e. Or he goes elsewhere and gets a regular spot on the wing and becomes leading try scorer

Same goes for stapo too, he's starting to string some good games together.
