To dominate a team like Manly who were obviously tuning up for the World Club Challenge is very, very promising. Even though it is a trial it is a great way to build momentum and it sounds like the players are putting their hands up to make that 17. Not quite a boner yet but there is a tingle.

hi guys, thanks for the updates, I know its only a trial so we cant read much into it but its pleasing to win with scoreline of 38-6,
I hope
1) we had no injuries
2) Flanno got what he wanted out of the match
3) Toddy, enjoy your first hit out in a sharks jersey but be good tonight, not to many beers & be good for the rest of the weekend
What I was most impressed by
1) we put some points on
2) we gave them bugger all
3) they never got the late consolation tries to tarnish an obviously good win
