I think everyone realizes Wade needs to improve his kicking from kicking in general play to last tackle options. One thing I hope the coaching staff is working on is his positioning on a 5th tackle or to be more precise where Wade finds himself on a 5th tackle.

In your head, rent free
there is a way to fix it, he needs to stand deeper
he stands so flat in the line the kick is rushed and therefore will be a bad kick
i hate the germs, but soward and mullen both stand deep, and both kick very well

guys remember he is only 20 still has alot of improvement ahead of him it will just take time

First grade isn't the place to be gradually improving. There is a premiership on the line which we obviously won't be going anywhere near AGAIN because, among other things, we're content to wait around for our "half back" to reach an NRL standard. But hey. We're sharks fans. There's always next year. Right?

Wade seems to be in two minds all the time on 5th tackle wether to kick or run it himself. I agree with the depth though. He has a huge boot, just needs to work on accuracy and timing.

so some of the games greats like Lewis, Maninga,Johns,Sterlo,Lockyer and Churchill were just great player straight away were they? NO they took time and any true sharks fan would know that we were never really a shot this year as this year is more about building for the future

It is only a small thing, however I believe Graham should be wearing 6 and Kelly 7.

I know they are playing left and right this year, and this has had some positive moments, however I see Wade as a genuine second receiver , who can use his size and strength one pass wider. In this scenario, Albert drifts from side to side, making him harder to spot.

This gives Albert more responsibility and it is a big ask, but worth a punt.

The kicking game needs improvement all round. Before Morris was injured, his clearing kicks from dummy half were exceptional and this needs to be pursued upon his return. He also needs to play 80 minutes where possible, providing guidance to Albert and as i suggested, support with the kicking game.

All in all , we need to persist with these halves, just adjust there roles slightly.

i think graham is getting better each week, his kicking game needs to imrove, i think if he stood a little deeper on the last tackle it would give him a bit more time.

remember when Graham was at the Panthers and he couldn't cut it as a five eighth. they all said he was better suited in a lock position. well why the **** are we putting our faith in him as a HALF BACK!?? the bloke who is in charge of guiding the entire team around the field. why don't we just make him captain/coach while we're at it? if we put our faith him surely he'll come good
croc of **** only filled in as lock when lewis was out

At least Graham isn't a ****ing turnstile like our last half back! He's a massive improvement on Smith even on a bad day. The only thing Smith potentially has is a bit of x factor but we have Kelly for that now and Kelly's x factor ****s all over Smiths.

WE ARE IMPROVING. We are going forwards.
