Ropeta has really bulked up in the off season.

He played well last year in Flegg and made it too PL.

Aggressive back rower - should be one too watch come throughthe ranks during his time.

The sharks made a mistake in not signing Rhys Lovegrove, I saw him play a couple of game for Endeavour Sports High and looked like he had a load of potential. Manua was another player who i thought had potential with his destructive runs but he just needed to be a little fitter. I thought he was going to reach first grade last year but he didn't even get a look in.

I think the Welsh side Mapp has signed with, Celtic Crusaders or something, will play the Broncs next month as a warm-up to their World Club Challenge match against St Helens.

celtic crusaders is correct, in the welsh league,im pretty sure its a new league, so league is blossoming in a new place, its great for the game, terry martin former raider went with mapp to the crusaders

also this year look to see our juniors play to there potential, no wonder they did poorly last yr , you had a first grade coach brushing you and his half witt brother trying to teach you something, put if they dont perform this season they'll get the boot from ricky

Alvin Tavana is definately staying

watched him play in a losing flegg side against St-G/Illawarra down at Win stadium last year and he was playin at lock and putting some massive hits despite being quite lean

he was signed to the Sharks as an outside back with his favoured position being Fullback, if he can bulk up he could be an awesome player playing anywhere from second row, Lock or centres or if he doesnt bulk up he could stay at Fullback but i liked what i saw of him playing in the forwards.
