Well the Bunker, Officials and MRC are all confused
I thought it lacked the force probably for that but it was incredibly lazy to the extent of being dangerous
On a 6 inch taller bloke it probably just hits their chest and knocks them over, off balance from kick with a bit of milk on top. Penalty for late and nothing more.
But Api being short JWH just cruises through and clotheslines him
