Lol everyone up in here pretending like they haven't been bagging this bloke out for the last 5 years now that they getting all sentimental about the past.

Was similar with Fifita.

Why both players may not have represented the best value contract wise in the later years of their careers they were and still are inspirational figures and leaders at the club and on their day still fairly handy on the park playing footy.

We couldn't quite give Lewis, Gal or Fifita the fairy tale send off in their final seasons. Would be nice to pull some big performances out of our asses and go on a run into and through the finals.

Wade will always be a Sharks legend for his peak years and long service to the club. Seems a quality bloke too.

I hope him and heck even Mozza can rub one last grain or 2 or salt into Penrith
i spent a decade bagging gallen but i was still sad to see him go

I bagged him Because we carried a player for 3-4 years who was either suspended, injured or in form that wouldn’t warrant nsw cup selection.
At the end of the day he’s a sharks legend and it’s sad to know he’s no longer here.

I geniunely thought at one stage he should have considered hanging up the boots, not really based on form as such but for for his own wellbeing. That run on concussions he had was tough to watch. It looked like there was something unfixable going on, but you have to give him a lot of credit for getting back to this level of play right at the arse end of his career.

It must be a load off his mind making this decision and having a finite finish date. He will rip in.

I expect the exact same.

Now he knows what time period he has left to spend the remained of what he has to give... I expect it to be all left out there.

You’re just a nuffy who can’t see past his own nose. If you honestly think this blokes form the past 4 years has been good then please renew your script.
You did say his form wouldn't have warranted NSW Cup selection. That's a bit of a stretch.

I'm not saying any of that. Not even NSW cup is ridiculous. Shows you are probably the most dense person on this forum.

took Fifita literally dying to revive his form
Graham just had to decide to kill his career to do it - seems smarter to be honest

Two really good weeks in a row now.

Maybe making the decision to hang up the boots has cleared a lot of fog in the head and he can focus on just enjoying his footy for the next few weeks.

The Nut has to be in the 17 when he's fit. So does Colquhoun.

Where does Wade fit?
