Well he gratuitously insulted me so I was wondering if he should get a break if he was a bit slow/stupid.

Gratuitously? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

You called one of our Pasifika players Easter Island boy.

I'd say I was pretty justified in that moment.

I've called him an Easter island statue many times.

It refers to how well he moves.

Like zero.

You ignorant goose

The fact you think that is acceptable in any connotation and are calling me ignorant just proves how stupid you are.

Question - will we ever see Kennedy play Origin in his career?

My prediction is unfortunately no we won't.

I wouldn't say no , but more likely to happen when the Blues spine has Hynes and Brailey in it , apparently team combinations increase your chances . Don't hold your breath tho .

I agree I think he'll be unlucky and miss out. NSW have had an embarrassment of riches at FB for a long time. I think Edwards would be next up at this stage, then likely both of the centres move to fullback before Will gets the call. But Teddy is near the end of his tenure, and stranger things have happened than Turbo and Trell being injured at the same time.

If he can keep heading in the direction he is going in a little further he could jag one.
A couple years from now, Teddy has retired from SOO (to avoid being dropped), Latrell always kills it at centre like a NSW GI (who actually plays for NSW), Turbo has crumbled into dust. Edwards is injured and will miss one game, why move Latrell, bring in Kennedy.

Long shot though, and I agree with whoever said previously Kennedy's strength benefits a lot from familiarity and timing with teammates so without getting better in some other areas his club form doesn't exactly carry through to origin I expect. Don't think he'd let them down so to speak, just may be more ineffective than other current options.

I would hope so.

It's a crime that David Peachey only played one Origin game.

Peachey had more individual game breaking skill than Kennedy too which would probably be more attractive to Origin than Kennedy's ball playing, given both don't have the frame for a physical impact

So he'll be a shoe in when Nicho and Brailey are the 6/9 by game 3?

True, I did forget him, how he comes back is very much an unknown though. No estimated at week 13 of the season things aren't looking good
You would expect it would be figured out by next year though and between Teddy, Turbo and Mitchell the position is well covered.

Everyone is forgetting paps, and if he is not injured he would be next best.
I don't think paps will be back and if he does play again, he won't be the same player. When the injury happened, I read something like no sportsman has ever came back from this injury. His kneecap was shattered into like 7 pieces.

I would love to see it as I love watching him play but I just don't think it will happen. Happy to be proven wrong.

I think I read recently that Melbourne are planning as if Nick Meaney is their long term fullback.
