My preference too

I worry Best doesn't have the fine touch which will limit Ronnie's opportunities a bit. Will/Hynes/Moylan will have to get their pass selection right more often if we lose the clean tip on pass from centre.
Although very unconfirmed if we thought Teig was leaving wouldn't it make sense to not release Tracey this year before even Best is signed?

Would be kind of funny to end up with Best at centre for us given him and Xerri competed so much through juniors.

If Teig doesn't want to stay then that's his choice.

Talakai is the next option for the edge, which means we definitely should be looking at Best to take that centre position.

I do like the idea of Talakai in the back row and some more speed in the centres.

If Tieg does leave I’d be ok with this as another option.

Agree he's a fullback/five eighth but he's big compared to his dad. If he's as talented as we all think he is he could probably make a fist of centre, at least for a few years.
